Mount Ice Cream’s One Rule

     Speaking of landmarks, there is Ustanovit' Morozhenoye. The locals here are of Russian descent, hence the name Ustanovit' Morozhenoye, meaning Mount Ice Cream. Mmm, sounds like a yummy place doesn't it?

"Hey Princess," Gloria says as she circles around Mt. Ice Cream, "This deliciously, delectable, and decadent landmark has the magical ability to change to ANY flavor you could possibly want!" Gloria shrieks with excitement. Now I don't know about you, but I sure could go for a few scoops of the Superman flavor. Or maybe even strawberry cheesecake and butter pecan, those are Dadda's favorites. As Gloria is flying around Mt. Ice Cream she explains further "As yummy and delicious as this place may look, you must be sure to follow the one and only rule; never eat or take more than you're approved to eat.

Nina and K.T. run a tight ship, but if anyone eats or takes more than they were allowed, the ice cream trolls will come after you and freeze you with their magic freezing powers!" While preparing to fly to the next enclave you and Gloria get stopped by the calm and mild mannered Nina Goshawk. "I take it this is our lovely young Princess," she says as she gives you a once over. "Yes indeed she is," Gloria says proudly. "Well, it is my honor to meet you Princess. I am Nina Goshawk and I am humbly at your service," Nina says with her slightly heavy Russian accent.

"Hi Nina, it's a pleasure to meet you," you say with a smile, "Glo and I were just talking about the ice cream trolls and how they can freeze zap us." Nina replies "Yes little one, that is true, but that's only if you eat or take more than K.T. approve." Nina pauses for a second then gets close and says "But don't worry Princess, I'll tell you a secret. Their weakness is hot fudge." After her cawing laugh, all of a sudden thanks to her goshawk eyes, she spots a climber taking too much ice cream and the small swarm of ice cream trolls in pursuit of him.

"Well well, Princess I guess you're right on time for a firsthand ice cream troll freeze zapping. Check out that sly wolf, or so he thought," Nina says with a slightly gratified chuckle. As you look from afar you see the wolf running awkwardly trying to carry a huge scoop of ice cream, I mean HUGE. The swarm, now growing larger, with little trolls coming from every direction as the wolf continues to flee. Freeze zaps shooting every which way. "Appears to be mint chocolate chip that he has in his arms," Nina says as you all watch from a distance. "Welp, they have him blocked off and cornered almost," Nina announces with anticipation. And just as the not-so-sly wolf was gonna make his leap to freedom and ice cream bliss -ZAP- frozen solid, unable to move a muscle.

The swarm of ice cream trolls then gather around the frozen wolf and begin eating the HUGE scoop of ice cream. After quickly consuming the ice cream they sing a ritual song: "The rule is known, known very well. You've taken too much, and we can tell. We know you take mint chocolate chip, in hopes your breath won't smell." Nina then says "There you have it Princess, you've seen the outcome of taking more than you're allowed." Hey my little beauty queen, always remember, a rule is a rule no matter how small or big it is. And for every action there's a reaction, whether it's positive or negative.

The ice cream trolls disperse, then from a distance K.T. shouts "Maybe he didn't get the memo and thought it would be a piece of cake to sneak out, better luck next time wolf-sicle." Nina laughs with a caw then says "Alright K.T. that's enough, would you kindly escort the new ice sculpture to the time-out steam room?" K.T. nods assuredly, then picks up the frozen wolf sculpture, puts it by his shoulder and says "Right away, can't have this pup-sicle worrying our people. I would tell him to chill out but it looks like he got the memo now." As you all share a laugh Gloria whispers to you, "This is definitely a peculiarly perfect pair, but also quite chatty so let's get outta here. Plus I've been freezing my hooves off." You then tell Nina to have a good day and that there are more enclaves to check out, and that you'll definitely be back for your share of pink strawberry and yellow ice cream.

By the way Princess, what flavor is yellow ice cream? Because I'm extremely curious. But anyway, you and Glo have taken back to the skies over Dreamland, and pretty soon after you take notice of the different colors and forms of the clouds. Being an ever so attentively, anxious, and well prepared tour guide Glo sees your curiosity and says, "My darling Princess, wouldn't it just be splenderific if these clouds were made of cotton candy and marshmallows?" And before you could answer, Gloria interjects "Well you're in luck, because they are!" Wow, can you imagine, marshmallow-nimbus' and cotton candy cirrus clouds? Clouds you can eat! Sheesh, who wouldn't love that? "Reach out and grab some Princess," Gloria says as she hovers in reaching distance of the cotton candy cirrus clouds. Reaching out with every inch of your Princess might, you grab the biggest bundle  of cotton candy cirrus and tuck it away in every place you could find. "Alrighty Princess, let's getty-on to the next enclave.

Maybe next time we venture to Ustanovit' Morozhenoye, Mt. Ice Cream, we can stop and scoop us some marshmallow-nimbus clouds for the famous Mt. Ice Cream special hot cocoa. Trust me Princess, one taste and you'll never want hot cocoa any other way!" Gloria shrieks excitedly. "But enough about that terribly tantalizing and tasty territory, Princess, how about we go to the next enclave?" I hope you got your dancing shoes because - "We'll soon be coming up on La Ciudad De Los Sueños," Gloria shoots with a cheerful toot, " That means- the city of dreams- in spanish. Now Princess, when I say the locals there love to dance, there's not a day that goes by without a dance party." Sounds like a fun place, doesn't it? Let's give it a shake, show me what kinda dancing you would do. "Princess," Gloria says as she begins descent, "You can have a great time here dancing and enjoying the people and their culture, but stay vigilant because there are some troublemakers here." Trouble makers, I wonder who she could be talking about Princess.
